Deployment requirements

To deploy Microsoft Teams Phone System under Direct Routing architecture, customers need to have the following conditions:

  • Customers need Office 365 E1/E3 + Phone System or E5 or Microsoft 365
  • Business + Microsoft 365 Teams Phone Standard license
  • Customers need a static IP
  • Customers need a CA certificate that is recommended by Microsoft
  • Customers need a Ribbon SBC 1000/2000 device or recommended by Microsoft
  • Customers need to rent SIP Trunk service of a network operator in Vietnam or traditional E1 ISDN communication.
