Employees can always be reached via a single phone number. OpenScape Enterprise routes calls based on the status and the preferred device of the user (One Number Service).
The employees can decide which telephone they would like to use for the communication: their office phone, their cell phone or maybe their home phone. The respective telephone can be individually selected.
Connections to conversational partners can
be established from the personal contact
list, from search results or from the journal.
Conferencing and Teamwork
OpenScape Enterprise offers intuitively operated conferencing tools with all the monitoring, status and control functions needed by moderators and participants for successful conferences and meetings.
With a single mouse click users can initiate a voice and web conference with their team colleagues or plan future conferences and inivte participants. With an integration in Outlook, you can already send the dial-in data needed in an invitation to a meeting.
Web conferences can always be added to voice conferences.

clients and via the voice portal.
